We are both excited and a bit leery of creating a virtual face as we are a group of people who sit in the rooms of anonymous fellowships. However, the depth of clarity and understanding that has been freely given to us overrides our timidity. We are a group of folks who practice meditation within the rooms. While the idea of Prayer AND Meditation has been part of the basic literature since 1939, the PRACTICE of meditation remains foreign. Prayer has been a go-to for as long as one can remember.

Meditation, not so much.

Our intent is to change that as best we can.
